Deepti has acquired an M.Com (Finance) & MBA (HR) and has 10+ years of experience in HR, Admin & Operations. As the Chief Operating Officer, she takes up the responsibility of Addon’s day-to-day operations as well as leading the group's growth strategy.
Prior to Joining Addon Group, she was a successful Human Resource Professional and an integral part of the HR team at Citizen Industries Ltd. Naveen has 15+ years of experience in Human Resources. As an Entrepreneur having acquired an MSC in Zoology & MBA in HR, he believes in simplified leadership and uses the principle to the professional and personal aspects of life. His all-inclusive leadership skill has the power to influence people and turn vision into reality.
As CEO and MD of the group, Naveen wants to emanate his zeal to stay ahead of time and bring in aggression, perfection, determination and smart performance to Addon Group’s culture. Before venturing as an Entrepreneur with Addon, he has actively contributed to scaling up and revolutionizing business brands and has successfully designed HR campaigns for thousands of employees. He has been instrumental in launching major employee engagement activities in his previous companies.
